Yes. We provide free and confidential services for teens and minors.
If you’re under 18, you can still schedule an appointment, take a pregnancy test, meet privately with a nurse, and receive support. We understand that this can feel overwhelming, and our team is here to listen and provide accurate medical information in a safe, respectful environment.
We also encourage teens to involve a trusted adult whenever possible, but we’re here to help you think through your next steps and understand your options.
If you have questions about confidentiality or what to expect, you can text us anytime.

Paulding Pregnancy Services is a medical pregnancy resource center staffed by trained professionals and caring support staff.
Our medical services are provided by registered nurses (RNs, NPs) & registered medical assistants (RMAs), and our limited ultrasounds are performed by a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). All ultrasounds are reviewed by a licensed radiologist.
Our team is trained to provide accurate medical information about pregnancy, available options, and next steps — in a confidential and judgment-free environment.
In addition to medical services, we offer education, parenting support, and referrals to trusted community resources.
If you’d like to learn more or speak with a nurse, you can text us anytime.
Your privacy matters to us.
All of our services are confidential. We do not share your information with parents, partners, schools, or anyone else without your written permission, unless required by law.
We do not bill insurance, and we do not send information to your home.
When you visit, you’ll meet privately with a nurse or trained staff member in a safe, respectful environment. Any medical information is securely documented and handled according to professional standards.
If you have specific questions about confidentiality — especially if you’re under 18 — we’re happy to explain how it works. You can text us anytime to ask.
We recommend scheduling an appointment to make sure we can give you the time and care you deserve.
However, we understand that some situations feel urgent. If you need to be seen quickly, call or text us — we’ll do our best to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible.
Texting us is often the fastest way to check availability.
